    the factions nothing...

    do not ask me what kind of drugs i was taking when i made this, because i sure as hell dont remember

    16k meteor damage, 1564/4 lifesteal, 11/4 mana steal
    more notably, zero intelligence with 3 mana meteors
    this allows us to have defense + agi while getting damage from dex-based equipment

    admittedly, it's not the best build out there, and more standard builds can likely perform better, but i thouht that this was a pretty cool concept worthy of sharing.

    edit: turns out dragon's eye bracelet does jack shit regarding meteor costs, so instead use vortex bracer
