for annie, stay away from her when she has the stun, and kite + poke the fuck outta her... and um, beward the flash-tibbers combo LOL
leblanc... um... since she need her Q to do extra damage for her other abilities, get a banshees veil, and just out sustain her. Oh, also, its kind of hard for her to farm.
idk. leblanc is pretty OP imo. she's only put in her place when in a team fight since her AoE is kinda poop
