Italy here. We're completely shut in home, we can't leave home except for work (and the only workplaces open are stores), if we go out we have to bring with us a self-certification and if we're caught without it/we're caught lying about the reason we're out we can get fined/jailed.

Stay home guys. Stop the spreading. Don't end like us.

Geez, are you able to go outside on private property, like a front yard or is that not allowed too?

Yeah, private properties are fine as they are considered part of your house.
Also, for example, we're allowed to go out to walk the dog as it is considered a necessary activity, but we can't go out if we got no reason at all (example, we can't just "go out" to go to a bar).
Though people are abusing the "Dog walk" excuse to go out without reason.

I've seen some police cars going through our neighborhood 2/3 hours ago, I think they were looking out for infringements.
