I reckon that being clubprez DOES negatively effect you to become corrupt, why wouldn't monika just roll up to MC's crib like "HEY IM SENTIENT SO PLZ DONT LOCK ME IN THE VOID TO SUFFER FOREVER THX" and instead decided "Imma go fuck up my friend's lives, even if they are fake, because *r e a s o n s?*
Because Monika was a sad alone person with no idea what to do in that situatation. She is in fact the loneliest of all the Dokis. That's why her credit song is so sincere
