  Real time (winter clock) is better though. The main problem is that changing the clock in general is bad for your health. DT though is worse than ST because something something circadian rhythm should align with the sun. Sunrise/sunset are supposed to be around 6:30 (not adjusted for the fact that it'll change in winter and summer as the day stretches and shrinks). Or something likethat
