  Ok, so to fix the pack, here's a step to step guide:
  
  1. Download WinRAR if you do not have it already: http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm click on your bit amount (64 or 32) and your language.
  
  2. Click the windows button + R. You should have a search menu appear.
  
  3. Search: %appdata%.
  
  4. Click Roaming, then .minecraft.
  
  5. Click server_resource_packs and then find legacy_wynnpackzip.

    6. Make a folder on your desktop and copy the legacy_wynnpackzip into it. (do not move it)
    
    7. Right click the legacy_wynnpackzip, click Open in... and choose Internet Explorer.
    
    8. Now click Open, and choose WinRAR archiver.
    
    9. Delete the legacy_wynnpackzip from the folder you made.
    
    10. Right clikc inside the empty folder and then click New.

    11. Choose WinRAR ZIP archive. (It HAS to be ZIP)
    
    12. Move the contents of the legacy_wynnpackzip you opened with winrar into the ZIP folder.
    
    13. Move the ZIP folder into your Resource packs folder.
    
    14. Now you can choose the resource pack and play with it. :D
