    Only time of day I found it playable was literally just 9-10pm yesterday, any other time I tried that day didn't work (from 2-4pm, and I heard the issue had started for others in the same timezone, and thus similar area in the world, at around 12pm), even had stopped working again by 2am when I checked again a few hours later
