The third is to be helpful to the community and/or the moderators
And finally, follow every rule, and try not to get into trouble, try to make friends with a lot of people, and make friends with mods! That's a good place to start :)

Asking for mod is somewhat off-putting, and minimodding sort of announces your intent of being a superior figure. Just being helpful or not annoying would increase your chances.
