if his enormous hpr in phase 2 didn't exist a hit and run tactic would simply be a waiting game, but this buffoon spams so many spells that i often find it hard to find a good moment for a vanish multihit without him either instantly teleporting to the other corner of the arena with charge spam or mowing me down with arrow storm

oh and did i mention you don't even need to be close for the arrow storm to kill you?
