My advice is to focus on getting to at least level 100 first before getting into the endgame activity loops. If you want to try it just to see how it works mechanically, go for it! I believe you said you're playing as an Acrobat in another thread, and that archetype is well suited to Lootrunning.

If you want to try it out, make sure you come ready to spend at least half an hour on this activity. I say focus on getting to level 100+ first only because there is gear for builds that will maximize your loot and movement speed potential, which can make the endgame far more lucrative.

If you don't mind doing a little homework, the official wiki is a great place to read up on beacons, challenges, missions, trials, etc. before jumping headfirst into Lootrunning! :)

Low level lootrunning relys on wyverns now, so get a decent one before heading out. Acrobat can be tricky in COTL(there's your acronym), so lacerdash through caves as quickly as possible and take enough ehp and mana regen boons early on to maximize your chances. Also, dance among the stars is really good onside caves(you likely don't have enough mana to travel with spells outside of caves yet). Once you feel pretty comfortable healthwise, you can do damage boons. At low level, avoid taking purple or blue missions. Have fun!

So I did a little research as suggested by Haml0rd, and know that beacons change the challenge.
For the flying, i have a pretty decent mana regen build rn allowing me to fly as far as i want and to spell spam.
For health i have my hp over 12k and my ehp probably around 30k (i know tht i hav over 60 defense and over 45 agility)

I do have one more question though:
I saw a Wynncraft playthrough where he briefly showed himself getting a mythic from a flying chest (i think its a beacon), and i saw his inventory was completely filled… Then when he opens the reward chest after the lootrun, his inventory is empty… Is there a place to drop ittems or merchants or some tips on inventory management?

Thks for the help, i wasnt intending on lootrunning rn, i wanted to know the best ways to optimise my lootruns before going in…
I was probably gonna start lootrunning after having completed TCC…

Either sell items to blacksmith or drop them off using pets.

In the pet bank? There’s only one slot…
And is there a blacksmith in the lootrun camp?
