    Gaze makes me think Silent Expanse but it's not Fantastic Voyage, PONR, AJB, AJF, and AHC don't really make sense... uhhh... any other eyes?
    Oh, Eye of The Storm or did ham do that already? I'm not going through 20 pages, Eye of the Storm?

    Maybe I should clarify that my hint does reference outdated content but not too outdated, the quest was tweaked in an update after 2.0

    Also, again, all of the guesses have been totally off in terms of level range, even worse than the first guesses for the nazi hint

    So, if the guesses are even worse off than that one, it has to be around level 20 or lower given that the guesses for both have sat in the 70+ range and the previous hint's answer was level 30-ish. So, considering quests at a fairly low level, with strong-ish bosses that have been reworked later than 2.0, I'm going to go with Poisoning the Pest.

    This may be a bit out there, but is it possibly The Dark Descent? While we never fight Charon in the quest itself, his dungeon fight was recently reworked, and he watches us throughout the quest.

    Extra information: that guy's gaze was replaced by a clanker...

    Yes! I used to joke around that Bylvis was the most powerful wynncraft character because he could reset your progress with a millimiter of his gaze... I know people wouldn't know this inside joke, but it is the "obscure quest description" game no?
