    Okay, time valley seems to be a running thing so I'll say it isn't in Tine Valley.
    The other thing I will say is that, technically he isn't a 'wizard' but an inventor that makes spells, west of a land where hammers fall like ringing bells.

    Funny enough, it is fallen delivery! Garwick is an inventor of spells. He is to the west of Thanos which is a Dwarf City. In keeping with the TLOTR references, it is based on a line from the poem Far over the Misty Mountains Cold. A poem sung by and about the Dwarves. Given his... less than stellar teleportation abilities, he likely would always be late, despite being a wizard.

    Correct! RoL receives so much hate but I don't mind cool cutscenes (better for my enjoyment than a difficult bossfight)
