Okay so here's what we know about the quest.
1. The quest itself doesn't necessarily portray them as Nazis, though that can be gleaned from other content in the reason.
2. It is some level before 64. Much could mean anything, but I'd say 20 levels is a safe guess.
3. It should be easy.

What do we know about the Nazis?
1. Racism
2. Genocide
3. Oppression
4. Self-Superiority ideas
5. Nationalism
6. Concentration Camps
7. Dictatorship
8. Irredentism, or more accurately general expansionism
9. SS and SA exist, and one of them are the Secret Police
10. Good military, or at least, and aggressive one heavily benefiting from the element pf surprise.

Conclusions.
Fruma is too leveled (dictatorship and secret police and... well there's a lot)
Mixed Feelings is to leveled (nat.ism)
Hunger of Gerts is to leveled (opression, effectivly concentration camps, self superiority)
Forbidden Prison is to leveled (opression, not-so-secret police)
Blazing Retribution? But how does content in the reigon show the Villagers as bad?
Same with Clearing the Camps.
Tribal Agression is a little off the mark.
I don't know.
If you'd let me guess two, I'd say Blazing Retribution or Clrearing the Camps.
If you understandably won't... I'd lean towards... Clearing the Camps since its farther from AIH PII

Now this will give it away for sure: what is a very very famous action movie franchise with nazis in it that has a parody inside Wynncraft?

 

Of the few action movies I watch/know all I can think of is Marvel which I know has Nazis and I've heard Indiana Jones does though I couldn't say. But has a parody in Wynn? I don't know enough about Jones to say, but I'd assume not. Marvel doesn't have a proxy per se. Uh Tlotr doesn't have nazis and while Harry Potter has people with similar ideas to the nazis if superiority, blood, etc. it is applied to exclude a different group meaning they suck but aren't 'real' nazis. Cook's Assisnt and Recipie for disaster are Runescape refrences but I'm gonna go out on a limb and assume RS doesn't have nazism. Parodies? They've been removing some... uhh. Wrath of the Mummy and the Mummy? Does that have nazis? Iron Hart might be based on Dr. Who, and apparently that has nazis? No but one is too close to 2. Wrath of the Mummy.

 

YOU ARE SO CLOSE. The region is correct. You have indeed mentioned the right franchise with nazis in it, but looks like you don't know much about it so I don't know if you'll be able to get it without random guessing... And yes, it has a parody in Wynn, there is literally a character with the same name except for one letter. This character isn't directly involved in my mystery quest, but rather in OTHER CONTENT (mostly secret discoveries) in the same region. Yet, all of this content doesn't seem to have a counterpart to the nazis of the original franchise, while certain people in my mystery quest do stuff that is really similar to what the nazis do in the original franchise. This is also confirmed by later quests.

I had to think on it for a while, but as soon as Indiana Jones came up my mind immediately thought of that questline (also I somehow never realized that Junes was one letter off from Jones until today)

 

Yeah that whole questline has huge Indiana Jones vibes fr. Though for me after seeing Junes and all the desert exploration stuff it was natural to associate Wynnex and the Indiana Jones nazis, looks like it isn't a connection as close as I thought lol
