The Amazing Obscure Quest Description Guessing Game!

Memory Paranoia is a big red herring, you're right! I said spoonful and dance to convey that red herring that somewhat is apart of my actual quest. The OST for inside the Caritat's Mansion is Dance of a Memory, and with how the NPC who started your quest describes the player, it certainly seems like the player's head was dancing, and well, Timmy did have a cursed spoon. But you did get it right, it's "???". The "spoonful of information" was a partially a red herring because you don't have any information for the quest, but you do need the Black Spoon from the Memory Paranoia Quest to complete the "???" quest. The power of the meteors are capable of making individuals go insane, and the lore states that meteors are why Yahya is obsessed with mushrooms.

The Red Herring was Memory Paranoia, and the real quest was "???". Good job!

"So you're telling me I'm so good that I got to ascend... up a spire so I can slay it... because of some guy from the Reba Show. Pick one allusion and stick with it smh."

The Reba show is a 2000s sitcom starring country singer Reba McEntire. You probably wouldn't seen it if you live outside of the us, and even in the US, I can't remember when the last time I saw reruns of it was. I don't actually remember all that much about it, I only saw it as reruns. If you've seen Forrest Gump, another version of that last hint I had in mind went "because Forrest's Platoon leader asked me to. Wait his name doesn't start with a D? Eh, close enough."

Is it Taking the Tower? While it isn't truly a spire, but a tower with corruption spikes, the small group of soldiers that "fight" alongside you is led by a certain Lieutenant Van, which is as very similar name to Lieutenant Dan from Forest Gump. This doesn't feel like the right answer to me, but my brain is currently fried from having just completed every route in the new Deltarune chapter, so I definitely need to sleep on this.

 

It is Taking the tower. You ascend (climb) up the spire (the tower) to slay (kill the corrupted up top... because of the guy from the reba show (Van) or close enough to Forrest's platoon leader (Lieutenant Dan)

 

The seeds of thievery has left them stranded, waiting without realization, you are in charge of the arrestation.

No, it is not Murder Mystery. I can confirm that this Quest hasn’t even as much as been mentioned as a guess anywhere in this thread.

The original hint should be taken a little too literally, and Players are often groaning when they realize they have to go back to their bank to grab something for this quest.

Honestly, this quest is kinda boring, but on the plus side you get to be Tarzan
