SPOILER Could we be Bob?

Anathema says that something about us had been hidden from both her and the Beasts of Influence. Something to do with our power. I understand that we can only master 1 weapon in comparison to Bob's 4 but perhaps in the mindwipe or whatever happened he could have lost his capability. Maybe we aren't Bob but rather 1/4 (1/5 if shaman is retconned into his powers) of his soul in a new body, I mean 16 years is enough for a human to grow to an age capable of combat and crimes sufficient to be mindwiped. Anathema also claims that our final goal is to defeat Ba'kal, Bobs archnemesis.

Also, as an added lore question... could Qira beat Anathema? I mean if the only reason we best her is due to her inhibitor, could an unbound Qira defeat her? On top of that, what is Qira? How is she so strong without being one of the Beasts scions (maybe she is Saphanis' og scion, the one that chased the Olm)?

Crackpot theory of my own, didn't Anathema say that the darkness had grown much stronger in the last twenty years? The Parasite is gradual change so I doubt that it's referring to the Decay. Bob disappeared around twenty years ago from what I remember, and it's theorised that he went either into the expanse or the Realm of Dern. I don't think it's impossible that Bob would choose to join darkness, if Saphanis was able to persuade him against the light. He already is opposed to the corruption, so joining Dern could provide a way for him to rid Wynn of corruption if Orphion were completely destroyed and in that manner, the War of the Realms were stopped. I also doubt that Saphanis would be averse to lying to Bob and saying that they would refrain from turning Wynn to the Darkness.

I guess Anathema could be referring to Bak'al as well.

 

Qira is simply Her, but she probably can't beat Anathema.

 

Qira feels the need to set up the entire Hive to fight for survival in the War of the Realms. Anathema's very weak for a Realm Beast, so maybe Qira could beat her, but Qira wouldn't. She completely avoids dealing with the Decay for. Some reason.

To add to this, Anathema is probably (in the lore) around the same level as DB (saying Saphanis just sounds so wrong to me idk) when it comes to raw power. Anathema as It was was rejecting Its power and also DB is stronger on account of the parasite.
Keeping that in mind, if Qira could beat Anathema then why would she even be building an army to fight Dern?

 

Anathema explicitly calls herself and her realm lesser.

 

So is Orphion's and he's still a realm beast.

 

He's Light and she's War. He's still much bigger than Anathema, even drained by the Parasite.
