Since 2.1, I've been running a build of full Morph with a Cascade wand (weak Curse powder), full Lightbender (a little Riftwalker for Winded but that's no longer in my build, should I readd it). Combat strategy of spam main attack and Heal, Ice Snake when I remember to (and to trigger Crystallised damage). Spare skill points put in Intelligence. This has done okay with Fruma bosses, but they're very slow and I died twice to Syndra at sub-1m. So I have two questions:
    1. Is there a better wand than Cascade for a level 112 player in my situation?
    2. Can this wand be slow? Cascade is Super Fast and it is going to give me carpal tunnel.
(I'm still smarting from selling my Morph Topazes at an 80% discount and losing dozens of LE due to unawareness of price changes...)

Doesn't look like it. Are you comfortable with build making or switching to a tri or quad (if so, which elements) build if I could scrape one together for you/a non-rainbow wand that works with a rainbow build? At this point you can probably grab a decent build off of the le you get from Fruma quests.

The Fruma quest LE honestly isn't significant, for unspecified reasons and despite my poor business acumen in certain cases I happen to have 15 stacks in my bank.

That should be more than plenty to upgrade to a decent mythic build, may I suggest a lament?

It's pretty damn good for lightbender with fluid healing. It has great mana sustain but negative lifesteal, which you are meant to accommodate for with heal. Basically, your average water mythic

You could also just run full morph with singularity. Wouldn't require any other build changes, has a super slow attack speed, and is essentially just a straight upgrade to cascade. Only downside is cost and the negative walkspeed (morph counters it, but only barely, so you wouldn't be able to have more than like 5% positive walkspeed without tomes).

I do like my walkspeed. My current Cascade is actually identified poorly for it - rolled 12% (I love how Wynn natively tells you how good a roll is now) - but I never bothered trying to upgrade it before. (I don't remember its mana regen ID...) Looking at Singularity on the wiki, it doesn't actually look that close to Cascade; Singularity's IDs are damage, health regen, negative walkspeed, and +Dex, while Cascade's are (less) damage (it actually has a higher upper bound on spell damage than Singularity), exploding, MR, and -6 to all stats. (Why does Singularity have 15 powder slots??)
Lament has healeff, high mana steal (but no MR), high water damage, heal cost reduction, negative lifesteal, +Int. It's definitely different. Like Singularity, it's not particularly rainbow, but I can definitely see a better case for it than Singularity.

That being said, both of them look to be worse for utility - neither of them have MR, so I probably wouldn't be able to fly. I'd probably have to offhand Cascade - maybe reID it, try to roll for better MR and WS....

I think that if you paired Lament with Aquarius it could be the foundation of a very nice build for mana sustain, but that would of course require a new build. I was planning on using Lament Lightbender on my own mage so I honestly might just make a build for it regardless.

And of course you can always offhand Bonder (no sp reqs) for mana regen and Predposledni (40 int and 50 agi req) for -teleport cost

I'm mainly going by damages/stat requirements. Singularity you could use without having to change up your build. I think you have the skill points to use any multi-element mythic, but I'm not 100% sure. Most of the single-element ones I know you can't reach with morph anymore.

If flying is a concern (it most certainly is for me) off-handing predposledni is always an option, or you could use warp or fatal, which could both do it naturally, at the cost of needing a new build and neither being particularly built for lightbender.

Here's a semi-decent sustain-focused lament lightbender build I cooked up, If you can't use Messenger substitute it with Kaze, and if you cant use Breuil substitute it with Fenmask or Thermodynamic.

~21k EHP , doubled health gained on heal from Morph Cascade, increased damage (I think) . up to 60/5 mana Regen and up to 25 mana per melee hit. Very Slow attack Speed. I'd recommend a defence guild Tome and dumping remaining points into defense as well

If you wanna stick with Morph you can upgrade to Brilliant Waves or any other wand with less than 70 sp reqs without dumping any extra points.
