Real talk, how is the new Canyon Guides?

 

Not that bad. Takes about ten minutes.

 

They made it much better in the update. You get to punch the guy. Several times.

 

it's annoying, but he stays in green NPC form the whole time and there's no real risk of failure. The parkour gets on my nerves at times, but it's really fine.

 

The quest can be futzy if you're on a laggy server, as i experienced when having to go through it on my secondary classes, but that was literally opening week of Fruma so that's not really surprising. But no amount of lag is intolerable to yield the wyverns, they are very much a joy to ride and train up, and also gave me a push to complete the gathering half of professions

 

Wyverns are really great. (Although, leveling them is a pain... there's nowhere in Wynn that's flat enough, and even the Ocean will constantly spawn pickups out of reach because not even it is empty.)

 

Seluc is annoying to hell and back but A) Wyverns are good B) You get to punch him C) into a lake D) You get to punch him again E) You get to throw him under the bus, and get paid extra for it
