I hadn’t played at all until this new update, and I remember that when holding the Freedom it used to give me the 30 agility points, but now it seems like it doesn’t. Why? I looked for information about this, but I couldn’t find anything.

 

I think its the changes they made recently. They did something where your spells remain after swapping hot bar slots, and they made another change about how you no longer have to equip items in a certain order in order to have the skill point bonuses align and all. I think they might be related. You are getting the plus 30 agility, but when you swap hotbar slots it doesn't go away so you can't tell. Or maybe I'm wrong who knows. If I'm right, you can confirm by adding up the skill points to find the amount you should have with the bow to compare it to the amount you do have, or swap to another bow (without agility bonus) and then check your agility to see if it is lower.
