Kinda pissed. VIp rank + all my items and the horse i spent irl money on is gone

Hello can any staff help m,e. im fuming right now. I spent several weeks on this game years ago, bought vip and had several stacks of emerald blocks and items and when i returned now i hjave nothing, my stuff is gone and vip is not recognized. can anyone help me? edit: its still the same account with the same username

 

You can get your rank back if you have proof of purchase, maybe even without proof of purchase by emailing the support team, their email should be listed somewhere on the Wynncraft site.

 

What do you mean you spent irl money on a horse? Irl trading is against the rules.

Maybe your account got wiped for irl trading?

there are two banks now, account bank and character bank. for some godforsaken reason, the character bank is the default despite the fact that older players who return often say that their bank got wiped, when in fact you can press a button to access your old bank
