Need help with progression

I started playing again after Fruma update, with morph + cascade but it's kind of bad so I started changing some gear. Currently it's like this:

I'm trying to get ornate shadow leggings and some stuff from qira hive but I can't beat the eye or qira, what should I do to progress? I have about 1 stack of l.e.
Btw what should I do to make emeralds (currently lv114, cant progress further in quests cuz of gear)

 

For bosses, find/make a party
You can try using the cosmic foundations set as well, it's very similar to morph but overall better.
As for emeralds, the least build heavy option is the outer void, but you can probably lootrun too given you are using Mage.

I don't really play mage, input both of them into Wynn builder and compare the results. The Nothing does require several competitions of Eldritch Outlook, just so you know.
