Mini-quest - Gather Copper

Hello everyone
I'm not sure if it's a bug or my carelessness, so I'm asking for help here. Thank you in advance

It's about a mini-quest to mine copper ingots at the beginning of the game. The quest asks you to bring 12 ingots or 12 gems. I've tried different combinations (use with ingots in hand, empty hand, left mouse button, etc.), but they all lead only to this dialog box and nothing else:


Can you tell me, has anyone encountered anything like this? Does the rarity of the ingots affect?
Additional information: I have 4 empty cells in my inventory, if that's what matters.

 

Gathering posts seem to be bugged with the release of the Fruma Update.
