Add a Gallehaut that has its chest open and the woman who operates the mech is taking a snack break or something stupid and you can talk to her a bit about how the aftermath of the Raid and Apotheosis affected people like The Wings and Constables and such, who don't exactly have the people they would've looked up towards for commands (Majin being dead, Hyhet being an apostate [and also dead if the player gets to them], and Anathema being dormant and disconnected from the Physical Plane)

 

Semi-related but when I saw the gathering of random quest NPCs for the first quest, I assumed half of them would die.
As for who of the leaves I (someone currently halfway through the roughworks) think will die... idk Mora and Syndra feel like the types to sacrifice themselves.

 

Where could i find that NPC?
