Emeralds and tombs. I haven't been in many guilds and I only got 1 guild tome because I was curious how they were handed out. How do guilds usually manage this?

War people get share of emeralds/tombs?
Emeralds earned by the guild are pooled into mythic giveaways?
People get guild tombs and emeralds when they ask (to a reasonable extent)?

Asking and doing wars and guild raids. Amount received probably depends on the guild.

You can also get Guild Tomes from weekly objectives.

As for how to distribute the loot, my guild doesn't do guild wars at all, so instead we use a spread sheet.

Every guild raids gives you half a point in aspect piro, and every weekly objective gives a point in guild tome prio.

Whenever a player receives the respective rewards, they lose a point of piro.

Whoever has the highest piro receives the reward; if two players are tied one is picked at random. Ultimately this system means as long as you are actively participating, you will be reward eventually. There is no favorites, and is perfectly fair.

The only issue with this system, is everytime someone finished their weekly objective or when ever anyone does a guild raid, they need to post it in our guilds channel and it needs to be checked manually. I really wish I could set up a bot that did it automatically.
