Archer/Hunter Help Trapper Level 97 build

Hello, I need help for Trapper Level 97 best build besides morph. I want it so it has good dps & survivability.
Can anyone help me? I'm currently STILL using Champion Set with Torrential Tide with t6 water powders. I know champion set is very-very irrelevant for my level, that's why I need help. Are there any better builds?

Hey, here's some builds you can use that I whipped up haphazardly, one at your current level and one at level 100. It does require some Qira Hive items, but you can ask other players for help and carries through that- Start with the level 93 build and upgrade as you go to the level 100 one.

Side note, look for thunder defense, mana regen, and Spell, Fire, and Earth damage tomes if you decide to do some raiding. This should do well in Grootslangs raids.

One more thing- try to put tier 6 fire powders on up to two pieces of armour for even more damage.

 

I personally suggest ttide and morph, if you get to lvl 100 add morph stardust otherwise use sequencer or third eye.
Imo it’s a bit of a waste to spend on builds b4 lvl 100
(Unless xp builds)

I actually just wanna find out if there's a better build for lv 97, since what you made is for lv 93.

The build is acc good, the only thing i struggle with is with the survivability, but it's good!

Can you make it so it has more survivability?
The DPS is good but can it be better? Just asking! Thanks!

 

I think as long as you keep arrow shield and windy feet up at all times you should be fine for most things, given you'd have 19-20k ehp though you might struggle with enemies that do thunder damage.

Both the dps and survivability are way better in the level 100 version as well, so you can probably just do quests, mini-quests, and Grootslangs raids until you reach that.

This is about the best I could get for a trapper build with no mythics, if you want more dps try boltslinger, though mythics for it are very expensive.

 

Hmm, because I tried doing world events with that build and I think I died too easily rather than when I'm using the champion set that i use previously. Is that supposed to happen?

 

Was it the same world event? Which one was it?

Follow up: No idea why that would be, you have three times the ehp and all of it is in defense, which is way more consistent than agility.

Might just be level scaling

 

I did ruff & tumble & also territorial trolls (around lv 85) but it seems to be harder to fight and finish the event rather than me using the champion set for some reason

 

Might be something to do with elemental damages. Statwise (effective health and damage at the bare minimum) the build is better than the champion set, so my suggestion is to use it.

 

Morph Herald of Ruin beating Qira.
I know you specifically requested not to add morph, but it's ridiculously strong for the price and well balanced, having around 40k EHP with high mana sustain and some nice loot bonus on the side.

 

Hi, I'm a lvl105 newbie playing trapper, and has used mostly the lvl100 herald of ruin build since yesterday, but then longstory short I had a freedom build (basically the gravity set so neutrino, fermione, gravity and Dark Matter, trinkets are prowess, summa, diamond fusion necklace and Olive) (I can't post links cos its my first post)

but now I got back to the herald of ruin as I had to give my freedom to a friend. Now you mentioned morph herald of ruin, would that help maximise the dps and ehp? also could you be a little more specific as I don't exactly know what you mean for "morph" were you referring to the whole trinket set or just a particular piece?
also if anyone has any suggestions for a build lmk!

Why are we running spell spam trapper with 42/5 mana regen......
Take grapple hook and stronger hook, (spectral hover could help with this playstyle but I didn't use it)

To beat Qira, grapple onto the spider's legs on the ceiling and rain down bombs before grappling up again. In qira, dodge the elderitch storm as they hit regardless of height. Do the same thing with grinding the witness church to level 105.

 

Ok, i got to lv 100. I need advice for what's next for the build

 

tbh just slap on morph and save for a mythic build
