Assassin/Ninja Help Is there an assassin alternative to the warp wand?

The warp wand is a wand that offers over 250 cost reduction on the teleport spell and I was wondering if the assassin had something similar to that

 

Not really, but Wybel Paw gives walk speed, and check out Dance Among The Stars if you're on Actobat

 

Wybel Paw (from a hidden area in Almuj) gives +35% walkspeed. Slider (from Orange Wybel) gives up to +44% (it was nerfed, rip slider). Archangel gives up to +53% walkspeed. Oblivion gives -20 dash cost.
Other options include Gale's Sight (-10 dash cost) Mirror's Edge (-50% dash cost) and similar.
I haven't tried Dance Among the Stars but it might help with what you're looking for.
Delirium and Scale of Seiryu give up to +52% walkspeed.
Salticidae to RP as a jumping spider.

Unfortunately dash is simply worse than teleport for movement
