Cant put on a helmet even though i have the requirements

I can't put on the Boreal-Patterned Crown and it instead just removes my other armors. This shouldn't happen because it doesn't change the stats required for my other pieces. But I can't even put it on without armor and it doesn't say that I am missing requirements. It's just the Boreal-Patterned Crown and no one to my knowledge has had the same issue. I have tried restarting, changing Minecraft installations, putting it in bank and nothing seems to fix it. I also don't have any mods installed. Is this a bug so should I report it and is there anything I can do about it?

Can't post a video cus i need 10 posts for it. I have 130 agility 100 int and 40 dex and the crown needs 40 ag, dex and int. combat level 104 and I did the quest so I should be able to use it. Even if I didnt have the requirements, it should say it in chat and not remove my other pieces.

 

1- Make sure your helmet slot is empty first

2- Make sure you aren't wearing any other items from the "Master Hive" merchants

I was using the Prowess bracelet so i guess that was the problem. Had no idea that I couldn't use two hive items at the same time

Now i still can't use the helmet cus I dont have the stats lol.

 

I believe you are able to use two hive items at once but just not two hive items from the same division.

 

Boreal-Patterned and Prowess are both from the Hive Master division.

Also my phone crashed thrice while typing this message so apparently Google does not want you knowing this.
