Is there a resource pack to make phantom ray smaller?

I've gotten a couple resource packs for things like meteors that block my entire screen, but this ability literally covers the entire center of my screen while I'm charging twain's arc. Does anyone know about any packs that can make it less obtrusive? Thanks.

 

I dont think there are any packs like this but you could try lowering the particle amount by doing /particle low
