If you could live anywhere in Wynncraft, where would you live?

tough one, you wouldn't wanna pick any of the rlly hot or rlly cold spots like nesaak or almuj

 

I've made it so that my one wynn oc cannonically retired in Nemract then moved to Llevigar University to become a professor, and the other retired in Detlas for a long while before returning to the front lines and perishing at the hands of Slykaar while her stepdaughter watched in horror. I currently have 2 ocs that are still active, although one's been away from the front lines for quite some time, cannonically taking up shelter in Thesead, and I'm sure the active one, if given the chance, would likely retire to Rodoroc or Troms, although my housing is in the void. I suppose if I myself were to live in Wynn, I'd probably find myself assimilating with the elves of Aldorei and living a peaceful life there.

DO WE HAVE THE SAME OC?? I have an OC who lived in Nemract and whose family resides in Nemract, but he becomes a professor at Llevigar University and his sister becomes a student there.

Aesthetically, I would live in Aldorei. Practically, I would live in Llevigar (the university and the secret library has me HOOKED i would just stay in the secret library all day)

Detlas or Olux. Detlas for obvious reasons (I don’t even mind that it’s close to the corruption since the defenses r usually good) and Olux bc I am extremely fond of it and its people, and it has been so overlooked for so long and with the amount of money in my personal storage, I feel like I could just do what Cinfras won’t and fund a relief program + infrastructure. I love the swamp and dark forests a lot.

Oh, also,, I’d prolly at least Consider becoming a Qira minion cause like,,, it seems pretty awesome there for someone with zero connections to a past life or people. PLUS they have Orja my beloved. and Gale.

Towns on my absolutely not list:
Cinfras (terrible gov.), Thesead (racist), any Dwarven settlement (racist and actively committing genocide), Llevigar (also terrible and racist and actively committing genocide), Corkus (also also terrible and racist), Almuj (too hot. Also the homelessness population with THEIR bank vaults???? Hell nah.), literally anywhere in the rymek canyons area (I literally never want to have to set foot in that biome ever again), ice nations (dumb war), and Maltic (xenophobic)

elkurn, corrupted village & tempo town: would be funny
rymek: id last longer in lutho
nemract good location but too murky at least 8/10 tho
nesaak & lusuco: isolated and cold
underground squid village: would be funny
troms: good but i dont wanna live in that jungle

gert camp: carved pumpkins are cool but hell nah
cinfras: good space, size, central, has airships, etc, very very solid option
bantisu air temple: ill pass
thesead & eltom: alright i guess but completely cooked if gavel government sees the situation
kandon-beda: the architecture is awkward to navigate through and the ol colossus is slightly scary
rodoroc & maex: not a dwarf and the lack of sky is also a big minus
ahsmord: the sky islands are nice, living next to mini dragons is pretty cool, has powerful humans, etc, just dont dance drunk with 2 hours sleep or something and youll never fall into the void, the architecture is the main flaw
skyraiders base: unlike ahmsord its one solid chunk of land so there's even less threat of falling and no wonky bridges, if i was evil and could join them, it's probably the town i would choose, they seem chill. otherwise i'd be too weak to do any other evil schemes solo, would just be a pawn, etc
jofash dock: not a terrible option if you want a smaller tropical town i guess
void village: why do i have zero recollection of this, anyways id die lol

ocean
corkus: good city but mechs and conflict too scary
relos: meh
avos territory: not a bird im afraid
ice islands: my body is not built for that
mage island: a bit isolated but fairly decent
selchar: probably the safest and calmest town in the ocean 8/10
pirate town: bit too intense
zhight island: wynncraft equivalent of living in an airport in a foreign country and never leaving
dead island: not worth the house
every other island: meh
