Can I become a builder?

Instead of being an admin like I used to want to be, can I become a builder please?

I should probably start making a portfolio, and I will put some images down in this thread or DM them to someone who is qualified for this. I'm pretty sure building is unpaid, but if it is I will be working for free anyways since I have no bank account. And sadly I am not the most proficient in world edit. I can use it, but am more familiar with axiom. Unlike me wanting to be an admin previously, I can actually build well so I do have a chance.

And also I can't find how to apply anymore.

Oh wait I'm gonna have to build my portfolio from scratch. I lost my laptop recently and the only world I had saved was from a create mod world. So oof. Imma also need a new laptop first.
