Can someone please give me a detailed rundown of spoilers on the Forums???

I DON'T KNOW CRAP ABOUT HOW TO DO SPOILERS AND IT'S DRIVING ME CRAZY!!!
Spoilers are really useful for the look of a thread, and reader convenience, but I just don't know how to do them. Could anybody give me a rundown of how to do them? (just, like, how to actually make them, how to do the title thingy that I see on spoilers, that stuff)

I can try. Press the button on the top, under the button for adding/removing a link, that looks like a paragraph of text with an I at the end. It should be 8th from the left. Click on the second item called “spoiler” and add a title In to text box. Then this should be in your text “ (SPOILER=" title
")(/SPOILER) but replace parenthesis with bracket. Write your text into the space between. The two bracketed sections, it looks like this.

Spoiler: Titlr

inside is a text
