With the release of Fruma tomorrow this year (hopefully!!), we should be getting a trailer sometime in the nearish future. Like with the past two trailers, I have chosen to make a bingo board for Fruma's.

Unlike the last two updates, we know the central theme of this update, so this bingo board is only for the trailer, not the update as a whole. As a result, some bingo spaces have entries that may seem mundane, or an obvious inclusion in the actual update, but would make for a cool moment in the trailer.

    Here we go:

So yeah, when the trailer drops, it'll be cool to see if I get bingo or not. Feel free to make your own bingo boards! And who knows, maybe salted will post this on twitter again.

I'm too lazy to make my own board, but I think they're gonna tease Bloomi at the very end of the trailer.

Fruma definitely has references to other games or stuff inspired by them (don't know if any will appear in the trailer though)

    butterfly motif?
based on some comments from the past that i vaguely remember, the player lore thing is not gonna be a big thing (if at all, though the inquisitor's reaction to us showing up is hinting at SOMETHING)

In the 2 video teasers we've seen of Fruma so far, a butterfly has flown across the screen at the way end. The flag of Fruma is also a butterfly, makes me wonder if there's a great reason for all this

I have broken onto CT servers and got an exclusive look at Fruma. I can say that at least one of those 25 squares is true.

Well the lore makes sense, Qira is related to bugs, and of course she is the fruman queen from the masked memories beta…

Beyond it just being a symbol for the monarchy, I don’t think it has much relevance in the game. Similar to how the bear on the California flag.

then why would we put a butterfly in both teasers
why would the Monarch and Royal ambient butterfly only spawn around the gate and the tutorial area.
Clearly there is meant to be symbolism behind it

Yeah butterfly = monarchy and the content in Fruma will be about its monarchy. I did not know about that detail about the tutorial, so that’s cool. What I love about Wynncraft is its attention to little details like that.

Might as well put my 2 cents for what the butterfly symbolism in Fruma means (one or both of the following):
    • Used in propaganda to show how Fruma is beautiful yet delicate, while it is more comparable to miserable and ruled with an iron fist. The first teaser mentioned how the people of the Auburn Forest are poor in monetary riches (it also mentions that they aren't bothered by it, but I don't think that refers to their moods- rather it refers to their alternate source of wealth). Slums are also seen in Recover the Past, which shows the presumably harsh life for those in Fruma. The prison and strict code most of the Royal Guard are subject to also contrasts the delicate part, as the monarchy is shown to have its will enforced across the entire province (based on the information we have seen).
    • Used in propaganda to show a metamorphosis in Fruman history. This is probably the more plausible option of these two. I don't know if this is still canon (and if it is I forgot where it was mentioned but I'm 95% sure it's still in the game), but the Fruman monarchy are the only people that are able to wield magic in Fruma. Back in the pre-monarchy days of Fruma (if they do exist), magic could have been more widespread in the province, but a certain clan that would become the monarchy started to perform certain rituals that prevented the people from using magic. They might also have been told by said pre-monarchy clan that magic is a dangerous force. The lie would help keep the monarchy's influence over the land, and the butterfly would represent how it went from the ugly times of widespread magic to the glory days without it.
