Hello everyone!
Welcome back to another Community Art Contest! A little smaller in terms of rewards compared to last time, however I hope that it doesn't stop people from drawing and submitting their art for the contest. If you wish to wait for the Festival to come out before you start, you are free to do so. From what I see there's something cool in the works...

Prizes:
The current prizes are as follows. They may increase overtime.

First place - 13 STX of LE
Second place - 9 STX of LE
Third place - 6 STX of LE

Rules:
1. Only fill out this form if you are competing in the contest
2. Submissions must be an image of a drawing/painting/etc if they want to compete
3. Submissions must be either from you or if you're posting for somebody else, have their consent and show it alongside the Proof of Legitimacy
4. Submissions must have Proof of Legitimacy if they want to compete
5. Generative AI is strictly forbidden and will result in a ban from future contests
6. Every Submission must follow the general idea of the Festival/Theme
7. Every Submission must be Safe For Work (PG13)


Submission Process and Form:

To have a valid Submission that will be included in the contest, you must show a Time Lapse / Proof of Legitimacy for your Submission ( video, gif, collage of WIP pictures, etc ). You will be required to give links in the appropriate text boxes in the submission form: one for the image and one for the time lapse. Once the contest ends, I will collect every submission and order them in a Judging Form that will be given out to the people that have chosen or have been chosen to judge the submissions. Additionally, you will have to give a Name and Description to your work for ease of submission identification.

time to break out the trusty official mpa classifications and rating rules.
"A PG-13 rating is a sterner warning by the Rating Board to parents to determine whether their children under age 13 should view the motion picture, as some material might not be suited for them. A PG-13 motion picture may go beyond the PG rating in theme, violence, nudity, sensuality, language, adult activities or other elements, but does not reach the restricted R category. The theme of the motion picture by itself will not result in a rating greater than PG-13, although depictions of activities related to a mature theme may result in a restricted rating for the motion picture. Any drug use will initially require at least a PG-13 rating. More than brief nudity will require at least a PG-13 rating, but such nudity in a PG-13 rated motion picture generally will not be sexually oriented. There may be depictions of violence in a PG-13 movie, but generally not both realistic and extreme or persistent violence. A motion picture's single use of one of the harsher sexually-derived words, though only as an expletive, initially requires at least a PG-13 rating. More than one such expletive requires an R rating, as must even one of those words used in a sexual context. The Rating Board nevertheless may rate such a motion picture PG-13 if, based on a special vote by a two-thirds majority, the Raters feel that most American parents would believe that a PG-13 rating is appropriate because of the context or manner in which the words are used or because the use of those words in the motion picture is inconspicuous." Wynncraft's Discord and Forums are PG-13, so I carry over the same language for further clarification. If something wouldn't be allowed in them, then it isn't fitting for the contest either. If you have any issues with the wording, bring that up to the staff, not me.

is art on paper ok? I just draw on un-lined paper in notebooks so there isn't really a way to properly demonstrate workflow (because my brain is like that).

if I manage to get something up that I think is fit for human sight then I'll probably scan it, that is alright I hope

 

yes it's fine. it might not score high from all the judges but it is allowed
