Getting false banned

I’m a beginner who has been playing for about 5 days.
I’m really passionate about this game, so I want to try to save it.
while fighting a boss on the Great Bridge, I unexpectedly started flying for some unknown reason. At first, I thought it was due to a poor server connection, as the server has been unstable today, and I've experienced similar issues multiple times. So, I didn't pay much attention to it, thinking it would resolve itself shortly.
Then I got banned

I tried to file a complaint.But there are no valid permanent bans tied to my name
