Thanks! I haven't really experimented with boltslinger yet, so what's the spell cycle for this build? Also, is there any particular reason to powder t6t6t6t6?

 

thunder powders are optimal since freedom has higher base thunder dmg
and cycle should just be like storm-bomb or storm-storm-bomb
try to keep up arrow shield too
