Warrior/Knight Help Zephra Shredder spellspam build

A friend of mine needs a non-mythic spellspam build (bashscream or uppersurf, doesn't really matter) using Zephra Shredder. Paladin monk is prefered, and at least 45k ehp is required. RotS offhand is a high priority.

 

Bump10char (btw does anyone know how to force wynnbuilder to use 2.1 or is that version not fully out yet)

you need to use hppeng-wynn instead of wynnbuilder for the updated version
