how do I open a staff ticket

I dropped my emerald pouch on the floor accidentally while the server lagged and I tried to add emerald to it, it logged me out and I lost all my money, is there a way I can get it back?

this is really important for me im fairly new into the game 1st character I just hit 15k emerald which is my all time high and i can lose it all, i only have the 1k that I tried to add that didnt drop

 

Wynncraft has a strict no-refund policy, meaning you will not be able to get your emeralds back. But don't worry, you will get them by doing a few quests, it won't take long.

 

this is actually so frustrating... It took me 51 levels to reach that amount of money and it all dropped because of server lag not even a mistake...

 

This is 3 Liquid Emeralds? I can just give you that if you want. That isnt that much tbh

 

Say it with me: don’t put all your emeralds in your inventory and carry them around

 

Why did you keep your life savings in your inventory

 

Don't worry later levels reward that much per quest, and most mid to late game activities will allow you to get that back in an instant.

It will not, trust me. They might express regret for your loss, but they will not return it.

 

The concept of keeping all of your money in a single location is not one exclusive to Wynncraft dude

in all actuality, an LE is a large amount, of money, but not TOO large. There is a level 50 quest that gives 1 le as reward
