Warrior/Knight Flying warrior

Hi, I've created a new warrior and want to do a flying build (charge uppercut combo).
I have no idea how they work, playstyle and combo wise, or if you need idol for it. Since my budget is low, 1 stx ish, I want to know whether this is possible or not?
I'd preferably not want to get oneshot while lootrunning so maybe need decent ehp. I can grind for some money so the budget is flexible

playstyle for this is uppercut-warscream-charge, so cast warscream while you are falling for more damage.
If you cancel the cost of warscream with generalist the build sustains.
The cycle is hard to learn, but does more damage than just uppercut surfing.
This offhands rhythm of the seasons for healing with rally.
