Why isn't there Cascade in the mage weapons?

The "Master" necklace was updated from being +2 to every stat to doing -1 mana cost for spells 1-4. Just not sure if it's still what should be worn for certain builds since it's a decent change to what it used to do.

 

There’s a low lvl (5) chestplate called guard’s garment from a world boss, don’t remember which one but can give more exp than blessed wrappings

morph items sp got nerfed, but the set bonus now gives sp, so you dont actually lose anything

the builder is outdated atm
