Stuck on Frost Bite quest

I got stuck on Frost Bite. I got the magical lava stick, I got teleported, got the blindness effect but I somehow walked into another black teleportation zone, and now I'm back in the starting cave. I cannot melt the ice from the Servant because I'm not where I'm supposed to be. Anybody got a tipp how to get back to the right place, or how to contact admins?
I read the previous article about a guy having the same exact issue, there is a portal below platform in the cave but the portal doesnt teleport me back to where its supposed to so im stuck in the starting cave and cannot continue the quest.

Melt the ice and find the servants corpse
