A Devil. There's other Devils you can find in 2.1 as well, some of which Annihilation spawns. Bighorn Devils, Lesser Imps, Magma Hulks, etc.

i was walking by RoC on a lowlevel class and got onetapped by one of those, wasnt in anni

but anyway usually a minor devil, of which there are multiple, is called a demon
then again Garaheth should be called devil, and he is called demon
so i guess we switching things up

When i first saw those eye demons, i thought it was a new feature where every time u did something major like a WE or dungeon, the Eye itself would peer at you, and u were seeing its manifestation for a moment. Glad i was wrong bc that would be stupid.
