Is it normal to play the storyline to level up new classes?

I leveled 2 classes to 100 through the storyline. Is it normal to do that?

Tbh playing Wynn without quests is what falls into `weird` territory for me lol

 

why would you NOT do the quests?

That’s pretty normal, though idk what everyone else is saying about doing it other ways being weird.
A few of my classes I lvled up that way but most after my first I used grind spots to speed level, which I think it’s pretty normal/common too. On those I usually just do quests that unlock fast travels and other stuff and that’s it.

 

Not doing all the main quests in your Quest Book to level up seems like you're hindering yourself

 

Hell yeah, I did every major quest on my first playthrough and it was worth it. Fuck Zhight Island though

 

Uh, going to be honest, think Wynn, even with the new update is best enjoyed slowly.

I mean, that varies from person to person, but the game isn't very end game focused. Like, it has an endgame, and the new update adds a bit to that, but unlike other MMOs, it's not "where the real game starts", because the real game IS the quest and the discovery.

 

I may have plvl'd for 2.1 but I normally do quests
