massive lag spikes on server

I was playing wynncraft during June-July. In the middle of July and till now me personally and several RU people experience same problem: lag spikes, high ping and low chunk load speed. I wonder is it server issue because we have no problems in internet connection on our side. We're playing on other minecraft servers without troubles and only Wynncraft is lagging. My speedtest is pretty good and I have no mods installed. Only Solas shadepack

 

Lag is a big part of Wynn, I don't know the cause of this random lag myself, but sometimes when I'm casting spells a lot is one way to get lag, so doing /toggle particles low/medium may help. Its probably a different kind of lag you're experiencing

 

It's not because i was playing wynn for several month without problems. Even got Wynntilts installed. Lag spikes became real issue during late July - August. When im playing wynn, noteblock music always sounds chewed. And not only I experienced this problem but other RU players in my russian guild discord server

 

No clue why lag comes and goes for such odd periods of time. Maybe it has something to do with the update? There is probably a lot more people on now since the update is releasing in 5 days

 

I doubt because there're always being around 2k people everyday so that's definitely not a case. One moderator of forum answered to my buddy that there's problem with russian proxies. I wonder why
