Mage/Dark Wizard Help Light Bender Build Suggestion

I started a mage class recently playing as a light bender and this is my build:

I looked at a lot of different builds and this is the build I ended up with after messing around with all the gear. I wonder whether I could improve this build even more in terms of general combat like ehp, mr, dps etc. I am currently broke so probably I can't use any mythics. If there are other better builds please do recommend them to me! Thank you so much!

This is the build witch i make. With more Ophanim Damage and Ice Sneak

mini more damage in Ophanim and MORE damage in Ice Sneak, (3x6,263 because u summon 3 ice Snake)

Diamon Fusion Necklace is form Legendary Arena.
Anxiolytic is a Boss Altar, in Lutho (Panic Zealot). U need to Spawn him 8 or 6 Soul Essence. Soul Essence , thier droped by Crystal. (Spawning behind the Dungeon on the mountain)

Steam Jet Walker = 80-90 Loot Drop. ( i guess).

A few hopefully helpful comments:

• I would not use Pandemonium unless you absolutely love the Madness major ID
• Swap Agave, Pandemonium, and Stellar for skill point and mana accessories to increase EHP and sustain
• Finally this Morrowind build would just be better with a Riftwalker tree; more mobility, more damage

I would always take Pandemonium with me, especially as a lightbender. Because we can heal Ophanim so much easier. Because it is automatically cast through madness. I mean we already do such good healing for our Ophanim but there are always moments where we lose orbs. Or we can double cast heals. Because our heal cast is different from Pando's. So we can stack heal cast.

And you could go for more mana regen to spam more Ice Sneak though .But Ophanim is actually the spell that is strongest in normal situations. In Raid or Lootrun, where we have Mana Regen +80 or something like that. Just makes the Ice Sneak more dmg in the long run or raid. Simply because ice sneak has a much faster animation
