Sewers if Ragni Quest Hardlock help

I did /kill while doing the quest "The sewers of Ragni" at the part "Find a way out of the spooky sewer" because everytime the tnt exploded i lost connection to the server and after I did /kill I got put into Ragni and now that I want to continue the quest it doesnt allow me to go in the sewers. So my question is, is there a way to restart a quest or teleport back inside where the quest locates?
