okie, this one boltslinger but from what I remeber windstorm basically makes you lose dps in the long run so I'm pretty sure you pivot like this??

Trapper for lr but yea you could use tree from Gale's Force
It kinda upgrades easily? (no im lying it's dogshit upgrading)

You can techically use the Strati build but with Gale's Force if you really don't want to get the other build

 

I changed the tree for cheaper shield II instead of cheaper bomb I (bolt cycles storm-shield). If you aren't building for hyrbid mana sustain, you should powder Gale's Force with just a6 powders instead of t6. If you invest all leftover sp into intel you lose about 4 mana per cycle (use https://wynnmana.github.io/ for mana calculations, great resource). If you want to keep this as a rainbow build, you could swap for equalizer for slightly better mana/damage, but gale's force/strati tend to not be built with rainbow.

I'd recommend something like this for bolt, you get atlas for mana steal (hybrid mana sustain is cool) as well as curse from the water powders. It already does more damage per arrow storm than the original rainbow build before curse, so this is better if you ignore ehp (4k isn't too big of a difference).

[EDITORS NOTE: It took me WAY too long to realize that I forgot Nimble String (10k damage boost wth). However, it will have double shots which makes mana steal a bit harder to use, since the mana steal is split between the two arrows.]

Changed tree to take Decimator for free damage (it took me WAY too long to realize trapper can do that), as well as powdered to get curse.

Thanks for the shoutout, and yeah you're right, Windstorm is just a damage nerf if you take Arrow Hurricane (I read that somewhere it was only if you specifically took arrow hurricane, and like why wouldn't you)
