Can't progress in Qira hive; broken collector

The collector for Qira hive seems to be broken, as I can't progress past the first room of the building. I just wanted to post for awareness so that it hopefully gets fixed; I've put a screenshot below of what it looks like.

 

To try to fix it, have you either:

• Run the /class command, or
• Died and reentered, or
• Left the server and rejoined?

If not, try doing those things.

 

I've tried all three to no avail, perhaps it's because the counter in the top right isn't going up as I collect them.

 

Actually, that's the counter from Wynntils which doesn't work for Qira Hive at all.
What does your quest book say?

 

"Collect five thunder catalysts"

 

Are you pressing sneak?
