    Uhh Whenever it suits your fancy
    (I would just ignore it unless there's gear you need. If you want to do it, then I would maybe just do it at level or like 5 levels above, If you have a party to carry, easy)

    You can start doing only a few dugeons at a time if aren't level 100+ yet.

    If you want to do a full run, I recomend waiting until at least 98.
