Quest Items

I know about the /fixquests command where it gives your missing quest items back but does it give all quest items that that class gotten even once that you had given away in a later quest ex: a quest item you got from a quest that later on you ended on using it in the class and it consumes that quest item so you no longer have/need it. or does it give the quest items that you should have and not the once that had been consumed so you only get ones that you still need also do most people or you recommend just giving all my quest items to a new character and just deleting that class to save storage and just do /fixquest command when I need them

 

The second thing you said is what it does but i wouldnt rely on the command to work 100% correctly
