Shaman/Skyseer Help Please help

I am looking for a lvl 103 build that gives me an obscene amount of DPS while still having decent health and mobility

 

-shaman
-obscene dps
-decent health

lol it's not gonna happen
i'd say some kind of Aftershock tierstack somewhat fulfills

 

shaman simply cannot have an "obscene amount of DPS" unless there's also a lot of weak enemies
closest i could find to reqs
marionette!
somewhat hard to use but not too bad
use mask throw to get effigies, they do a good portion of damage

no way someone remembers hand of the shaman is never gonna let you hit all 5 beams
gotta get that lower offhand for awakened tho

 

i personally despise people that put hand of the shaman on melee builds since realistically it just inflates numbers
