How quickly can a new account make a guild?

    You need to be lvl 75 in order to make a guild (I think).
    The current record to reach that level is about 16 minutes, so you could probably do it in 16:30 if you really wanted to.

    plausibly probably a couple days to a couple week ish depending on how efficiently you grind/want to have fun and how much you play
